Nurturing Resilience is JC's 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Tampa Bay. It runs two programs. The Fatherhood Initiative gives dads practical help — coaching, gear, and people to call. The Oasis is a quiet place for men to rest and get their head straight before going back home.
