Re-Spine, Don't Rebrand

A man doesn't need a new identity. He needs his old one with the spine put back in.

The wellness industry sells men identities. New name, new aesthetic, new posture, new tribe. Most of it is rebranding — surface-level repackaging of a man who hasn't actually changed.

Re-spine is different. Re-spine means: same man, restored structure. Same kid in there. Same calling. Same hands. Just upright again.

The 90-day room isn't an identity transplant. It's a reconstruction of the one you walked in with.
